In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development team in creating and delivering high-quality training programs. You will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that the training programs are effective and meet the needs of the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Experience in working with stakeholders.,Experience in using learning management systems.,Experience in using e-learning platforms.,Experience in using assessment tools.,Experience in using project management tools.
