HALO Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of drivers, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain the safety and condition of vehicles.,Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle usage and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Provide training and support to new drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of the local area and traffic conditions.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
