📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Experience with retail software and systems is a plus.
