📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the restaurant's offerings fresh and exciting.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients to ensure cost efficiency and availability.,Train and develop junior chefs to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's success.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques.,Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing processes.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
