Resto Gilang Store is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing excellent support to our employees. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Provide administrative support for payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting.
