📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet our company's needs and culture.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
