📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to drive business growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and support.,Monitor client performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.,Develop and implement client-specific marketing strategies.,Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the telecommunications or technology industry.,Strong understanding of the telecommunications market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
