📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to drive repeat business and new business opportunities.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, with a focus on e-commerce and last-mile delivery.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
