📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for high-profile projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Lead a team of experts and deliver projects that set new standards in the industry.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and final deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on high-profile projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects from conception to completion.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
