📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the overall strategic goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of plant engineering principles, including process control, instrumentation, and automation.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PLC programming.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant industry standards is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
