📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Provide product knowledge and training to sales representatives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
