CV Langit Rahayu is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.,Promote the store brand and products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems.,Understanding of customer service best practices.,Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
