Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth and expansion in the mining sector.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and strategic partnerships.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including mining companies, suppliers, and service providers.,Negotiate and close deals to secure new contracts and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and threats.,Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Report on business development activities, KPIs, and performance metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in the mining sector.,Strong understanding of the mining industry, including its regulations, trends, and key players.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with mining software and industry-specific tools is a plus.
