📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees.,Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to develop their skills and knowledge.,Evaluate and improve training materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.,Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in education, training, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.,Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
