📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.,Monitor and improve IT security measures to protect against cyber threats.,Oversee the implementation of new IT systems and software, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.,Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices.,Proficiency in using various IT tools and software, including but not limited to, Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
