Develop and implement inclusive learning strategies to support the needs of all children in the classroom,Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with diverse learning needs,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create an inclusive learning environment,Monitor and assess the progress of children with diverse learning needs, and provide regular reports to parents and teachers,Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in inclusive education, and share this knowledge with the team,Organize and facilitate inclusive learning activities and events to promote a culture of inclusivity,Provide professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills in inclusive education,Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and collaboration🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on inclusive practices,Strong knowledge of inclusive education principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification,Experience in working with children with diverse learning needs🛠️ Keahlian
