📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Lead and mentor a team of 20-25 staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute F&B strategies that align with the hotel's vision.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality ingredients.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Organize and participate in team-building activities to boost morale and team cohesion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations in a high-volume, service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., SFI, HACCP, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
