Assistant Producer (Film & Media) - Remote in Bali

As an Assistant Producer, you'll be the backbone of our production process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with the Producer to manage schedules, budgets, and resources, while also coordinating with various departments to bring our projects to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Producer in managing the production schedule, including planning and tracking daily activities.
• Coordinate with the Director, cinematographer, and other key crew members to ensure smooth production workflow.
• Manage the production budget, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
• Oversee the logistics of the shoot, including location scouting, permits, and vendor coordination.
• Assist in the development and execution of the production plan, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Maintain detailed records of all production activities, including scripts, call sheets, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with the cast, crew, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Stay organized and proactive, anticipating potential issues and finding solutions before they become problems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in film production, preferably as an Assistant Producer or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with the film industry in Bali and Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
