📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, from customer inquiries to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in product knowledge and demonstrate products to customers.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
