📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control and staff scheduling.
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
  • Assist in training and developing store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
