Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee industry,Proven track record of success in managing and growing a business,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with the coffee industry and its operations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Degree in Business Administration or a related field
