In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and budget.,Provide assistance to the management team in financial planning and analysis.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
