Cafe Gita Shop is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in achieving our business goals. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements and reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Handle day-to-day bank transactions and reconcile bank statements.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and presentations for management.,Ensure all financial documentation is properly filed and maintained.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP accounting principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
