📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and documents,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data,Support the finance team in achieving their goals and objectives,Train and mentor junior finance staff,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Experience with financial software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and analytical skills
