📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment that reflects our brand.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.,Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
