Jaya Oka Fried Chicken is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Tutor to join our team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. As a Lead Tutor, you will be responsible for overseeing our tutoring programs and ensuring that our students receive the best possible education. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tutoring programs that meet the needs of our students.,Oversee the work of our tutors and provide guidance and support as needed.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure that they are meeting their academic goals.,Collaborate with other members of the Jaya Oka Fried Chicken team to ensure that our tutoring programs are aligned with our overall mission and goals.,Attend and participate in professional development workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in tutoring.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.,Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to ensure that they are informed and involved in their child's education.,Promote the Jaya Oka Fried Chicken brand and mission to potential students and parents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in tutoring or a related field.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required in your jurisdiction.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong subject matter expertise in the areas you will be tutoring.Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.Ability to assess student needs and develop personalized learning plans.Experience with assessment and evaluation tools and techniques.Ability to work with parents and guardians to ensure that they are informed and involved in their child's education.Strong presentation and public speaking skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
