📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Manage warehouse budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues related to warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing warehouse budgets and cost control.
