📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize air and sea freight operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless cargo movement.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in air and sea freight logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on air and sea freight.
• Proven experience in managing international shipments and working with multiple carriers.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
