📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Managing and mentoring team members to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Reporting to senior management on departmental performance and progress.,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Representing the department in meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
