📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint,Knowledge of ERP systems and operational software is a plus,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
