📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives.,Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration processes.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with the last 5 years in a senior finance role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
