📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in product launches and promotions to drive customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
