📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources.,Support the development of marketing and sales collateral related to technical products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative work environments.
