📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain factory machinery including CNC machines, laser cutters, and welding equipment.
• Assist in the production process, including cutting, bending, and assembling stainless steel components.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet our stringent standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of production activities and quality control measures.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following all safety protocols.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of new equipment as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical role, preferably in the metal fabrication industry.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, laser cutters, and welding equipment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Basic knowledge of stainless steel properties and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
