📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect payments and resolve any issues related to loan repayments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document all collection activities and client interactions using our in-house software.
• Follow up on overdue payments and work with clients to find suitable repayment solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clients feel valued and supported.
• Collaborate with the collection team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the finance or collection industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with collection software and tools used in the finance industry.
• Good understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding collection targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within Malang and its surrounding areas.
