📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding, using our HRIS (BambooHR) and ATS (Greenhouse).
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees using our performance management software (Workday).
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances, in accordance with company policies.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using our HRIS (BambooHR).
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proven experience using HRIS (BambooHR) and ATS (Greenhouse).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
