📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and specialty drinks, using Tealive’s proprietary recipes and high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in beverage preparation, and suggest improvements to existing recipes.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining accurate records of sales and usage.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or similar role, preferably in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including espresso, milk frothing, and syrup making.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
