As HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our HRIS system, such as SAP SuccessFactors, and leading our HR team in delivering exceptional employee experiences. You will work closely with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Manage and maintain our HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors) to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in a fair and professional manner.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and ensure HR initiatives support departmental objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges effectively.
