📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury jewelry, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Manage the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to department standards and inventory management systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product arrivals to provide informed recommendations to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or jewelry retail.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and metal types.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Enthusiasm for luxury retail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
