📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in offshore, shipyard, and marine operations.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems management in offshore, shipyard, or marine environments.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and E3D.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards applicable to offshore, shipyard, and marine operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a maritime security identification card (MSIC) if required.
