In this role, you will be responsible for the daily handling and maintenance of linens, ensuring that all guest rooms, suites, and public areas are equipped with fresh, high-quality bedding and towels. Using industry-standard tools like LinenPro and Excel, you will track inventory, manage orders, and coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain linen inventory using LinenPro and Excel.
• Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of linens.
• Inspect linens for damage or wear and tear, and report any issues to the laundry department.
• Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist in the ordering and receiving of new linens and supplies.
• Work closely with the laundry team to ensure a smooth laundry cycle and timely return of clean linens.
• Maintain accurate records of linen usage and inventory levels.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with LinenPro or other linen management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and move heavy linens and laundry equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
